Bilingual Digital Operations Specialist

Description: • Manage high-volume inbound calls and execute outbound calls for appointment scheduling. • Provide exceptional service while demonstrating a clear, professional phone voice. • Efficiently utilize multiple digital systems and platforms simultaneously. • Commit to continuous learning and adaptation to new software and processes. • Maintain meticulous records and ensure accuracy in all interactions, directly impacting patient scheduling and service delivery. Requirements: • Fluency in both English (with an American accent) and Spanish is mandatory. • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. • Strong work ethic with a demonstrated capacity for independent work and self-sufficiency. • A consistently positive, upbeat, and collaborative attitude. • Comfortable with high call volumes and prolonged phone usage. • Availability to work one of the following 40-hour weekly shifts: • Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST • Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST • Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST Benefits: Apply tot his job
