Your Role: Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Expert

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Expert at blithequark, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and every day will be different. This role is not just about resolving customer issues; it's about creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their queries or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Escalate interactions to the appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments as required, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Provide valuable feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Meet sales objectives as defined, leveraging your understanding of customer needs to promote relevant products or services.

Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
• A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
• A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet sales objectives.
• The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Call center experience, with a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
