Job Description As the dedicated Accountant, you’ll be at the financial helm of this thriving e-commerce and manufacturing business. You’ll work with cutting-edge platforms like Xero, Shopify, and Amazon, managing complex financial operations across multiple business entities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial strategies in a rapidly expanding global company. Responsibilities • Perform daily reconciliations for accurate financial records and timely order fulfillment • Manage complex journal entries, including import invoices with duties, taxes, and freight • Prepare monthly financial reports (age debtors, age creditors, P&L statements) • Generate split P&Ls for multiple retail stores and overall company performance • Handle BAS (Australian GST) preparation and submission • Manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately • Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms and Xero accounting system • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making • Optimize financial processes to support global expansion efforts Original job Bookkeeper - E-commerce and Manufacturing posted on GrabJobs ©.
