Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented work environment
- 1+ year of experience in an insurance-related role
- Active/Current Property and Casualty License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail both with written communication and data
- Driven by solving problems and turning them into opportunities for improvement
- Dependable, positive, and action-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations
- Independent problem-solver and confident in seeking help when needed
- Ability to track, prioritize and drive high volumes of policy servicing requests
