**Overview:**
Join our team as a Business Intelligence Engineer 2 and play a crucial role in solving complex business problems and issues using data sourced from internal and external systems. • Utilize a variety of tools, technologies, applications, and best practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and present organizational data
• Interpret and independently determine the appropriate courses of action to solve complex business problems and issues
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business value streams
• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or process/workflow automations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
