Business Transactional Tax Attorney

Overview Our client is seeking a 10+ years experienced Business Transactional Tax Attorney - Any Office Location. Responsibilities • Structure complex financial transactions to optimize tax outcomes and ensure full compliance. • Advise on tax aspects of M&A, financing, private equity, capital markets, and reorganizations. • Negotiate, draft transactional documents, and prepare tax opinions. • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external clients across offices. • Mentor and lead junior attorneys within the tax practice. Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of transactional tax experience handling complex corporate matters. • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. • Strong expertise in partnership, corporate, and international tax. • Experience in private equity, cross-border, or real estate tax preferred. • LL.M. in Tax preferred and active bar admission in the attorney's base state.
