The role involves supporting nurses in resident care, providing assistance with daily tasks, and ensuring that residents feel comfortable and independent. Responsibilities Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned Skills Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio.
