RedLegg is seeking a motivated East Coast Channel Manager to own and grow our East Region channel business, with a primary focus on strategic partners such as CDW and SHI in the NY/NJ metro area. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional who has experience within the cyber, MSSP, or VAR ecosystem and is ready to develop a high‑impact territory. You will build and enable partner relationships, drive partner‑sourced pipeline, support joint customer engagements, and establish yourself as the go‑to RedLegg resource in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional channel strategy focused on CDW, SHI, and other key East Coast partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner sellers, specialists, and sales leaders.
- Drive net-new pipeline by positioning RedLegg solutions within partner-led opportunities.
- Conduct enablement sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, and joint customer calls.
- Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, partner events, and demand‑generation activities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting for partner-sourced and partner‑influenced deals.
- Work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to support partner needs.
- Provide insights on partner trends, competitive activity, and service opportunities.
- Travel within the NY/NJ region for partner and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in cybersecurity, MSSP, or VAR/channel roles.
- Direct experience with CDW, SHI, or similar national VARs is strongly preferred.
- Based in the NY/NJ metro area.
- Strong understanding of how VARs/MSSPs sell and deliver security solutions.
- High energy, coachability, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth-oriented environment.
