Childcare Recruiter / Montessori & Early-Childhood Specialist Recruiter (Contract Project)

i'm looking for an experienced childcare recruiter who can help us source, screen, and deliver top-tier candidates such as: Montessori Teachers (ages 18 months– 5 years) Early Childhood Educators Occupational Therapists or Behavioral Specialists Professional Nannies with proven potty-training results We’re seeking a recruiter who already understands this niche and can quickly identify qualified, trustworthy, and results-driven childcare professionals able to potty train toddlers in 1–3 days. RESPONSIBILITIES Post and manage job listings Review and screen applications Conduct initial interviews , background checks if needed Shortlist 5-8 fully vetted, ready-to-interview candidates Provide written summaries or scorecards for each recommended candidate REQUIREMENTS Proven experience recruiting for childcare, Montessori, or education roles Understanding of childcare background checks, references, and credential verification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to deliver fast, high-quality results (within 2–3 weeks) Must speak fluent English and be comfortable coordinating virtually Bonus available for each successful placement PROJECT STRUCTURE This is a short-term contract with the potential for ongoing work as we expand nationally.
