They are seeking a Client Success Manager to play a key role in shaping the success of their new product, Canvas® Score, by improving customer experience and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding calls to guide new customers through setup and ensure a smooth launch
- Providing customer support and serving as the first point of contact for product questions
- Conducting product testing to ensure quality, usability, and performance
- Gathering customer and internal feedback to recommend enhancements to the product team
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, development, support)
- Overseeing Sales support for Canvas® Score this includes but not limited to, creating content for collateral, case studies, video content, FAQ documentation, etc
- Maintaining and building out the Canvas® Score support center / online knowledgebase
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (in communications, marketing, information technology or a related field) or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills. Able to discuss campaign ideas with internal and external clients
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong time-management and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, affiliate marketing, or client onboarding preferred
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or project management platforms is a plus
