- Assisting in various departments, including Flight Safety, Operations Customer Center, Technical Operations, and In-Flight Service.
- Analyzing data, reading and summarizing new regulations, and problem-solving quickly to support the team's objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
To be considered for this Co-op position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an aviation management discipline during the duration of the Co-op.
- Maintain a competitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university.
- Aspire to work in the field of Aviation or Airline Management.
- Demonstrate competency in skills such as data collection and analysis, reading and summarizing new regulations, and problem-solving quickly.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Have excellent communication skills, be able to process complicated issues quickly, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Be able to acquire a SIDA badge for SLC, including a U.S. Customs seal and SLC driving endorsement, and pass blithequark's Physical Agility Test (PAT).
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
