Job Overview: the ideal candidate has experience with Full Cycle - Account Receivables, Billing and Collections and is proficient in Excel to manage data for reporting with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables and with use of QuickBooks. And efficient with automation tools to enhance processes. This role maintains the entire cycle of AR, maintains billing schedule, generates invoices, sends customer reminders, monitors aging reports, manages and follows up on outstanding and calls on collections; processes and applys payments (via merchant payments systems) and performs reconciling keeping accounts up to date. Reviews and collects data for various AR analytics and KPI metrics; and provides financials for month end close reporting. In addition to providing customer service and resolution by researching discrepancies, corresponding on inquiries or other related requests. Maintains back up documentation and compliance for audits.
