Commission-Only Lead Generation – Small Parcel & LTL Logistics Consulting
Parcel Logistics Consulting is a specialized firm that helps shippers reduce transportation costs through small parcel (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) contract negotiations.
Our company brings 30+ years of small parcel industry experience, has been in business for over 15 years, and has negotiated some of the largest parcel contracts in the market (up to $95M in annual parcel spend). We have helped clients save tens of millions of dollars in transportation costs.
We are seeking an experienced, commission-only lead generation professional to identify and qualify potential client opportunities.
This is NOT a closing role.
Your responsibility is to source and qualify opportunities and introduce them to our consulting team. All analytics, negotiations, and execution are handled internally.

• This role is 100% commission-based (no hourly or fixed compensation)
• In some cases, FedEx or UPS will not negotiate directly with a consultant. In those situations, we support our clients behind the scenes, providing strategy, benchmarking, and negotiation guidance while the client leads carrier discussions.

Required Background (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants must have direct small parcel industry experience, having worked for or with one or more of the following:
• FedEx
• UPS
• DHL
• USPS
Carrier sales, pricing, operations, or account management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
• Identify prospective shippers using FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and/or LTL carriers
• Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, industry contacts)
• Qualify prospects based on:
• Annual parcel and/or LTL spend
• Willingness to explore savings opportunities
• Schedule and hand off qualified introductory calls to our consulting team
• Optional participation in the initial call for warm handoff

• $500K+ annual parcel and/or LTL spend
• Active carrier agreements in place
• Open to a competitive bid or renegotiation process

Compensation
• Commission-only
• Earn 15% of Parcel Logistics Consulting’s collected consulting fee
• No cap on earnings
• Commission paid after client payment is received
Estimated commission is projected to be approximately $4,500 per successful project engagement, depending on deal size and scope.
