We optimize for talent density over headcount (we will not exceed a team size of 10 for as long as possible)
We are already highly profitable (we will likely never raise venture capital money)
We intend to bring fast liquidity for team members via coin ownership (legacy stock option system is dying)
You are terminally online, ideally understand CT culture
You have serious experience managing large communities or dealing with extremely high CX volume
You are available to grind 80 hour weeks as needed
You’ll be one of two dedicated Community Managers, sharing full responsibility for the entire Believe ecosystem. You’ll respond directly with users across our support email and on X.
Ownership in our coin, with an initial value of approximately $250K
