About your role

As Compensation Programs Director you will own compensation strategy and analysis for all non-Sales roles at Juniper Square across all of our geographies, including designing and managing our cash compensation (base, variable) and equity programs. You will also partner with executives and key stakeholders across the organization to evolve our compensation programs so we can continue to hire and retain the absolute best talent in the industry. We’re looking for someone who loves to dive into the numbers and is also deeply curious about our business and eager to partner with teams and leaders throughout Juniper Square. Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
