Our client, a leading technology and cloud infrastructure organization: Microsoft corporation, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) organization, supporting Data Center Construction and Delivery teams across multiple U.S. project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3 Location: 100% Remote with 75%+ travel within the U.S. Pay Range: $63.27 - $69.60 What’s the Job? • Travel to multiple data center lease and ground‑up construction sites to verify owner (client) requirements and standards • Track construction progress, identify risks or deviations, and provide accurate reporting to internal stakeholders • Coordinate with general contractors, service providers, and internal technical teams to support successful project delivery • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to schedules across assigned projects • Prepare and maintain detailed production, progress, and issue‑resolution reports What’s Needed? • 5–7+ years of experience in construction management, integration, or owner’s representative roles (data center or mission‑critical preferred) • Proven experience supporting ground‑up or large‑scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong reporting, documentation, and progress‑tracking skills (Adobe required; project tracking tools a plus) • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (75%+ across multiple U.S. sites) • Strong verbal communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and a high level of independence What’s in it for me? • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Life and Disability Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Career Growth and Training Opportunities • Weekly pay with direct deposit • Referral Rewards • Monthly Recognition Programs If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
