Role Overview

We are looking for Operations Risk Management (ORM) Consultants with overall 15+ years’ experience, that should include at least 5 - 8 years of ORM consulting space - to join our fast-growing consulting business. Experience in manufacturing operations in a Line Management and / or EHS functional role and project management in consulting is highly desirable.

It is also expected that he / she will use core analytical, problem solving, and client engagement skills to create value, and work with subject matter experts and other dss team members to bring these plans to execution on the ground. Must be adept at applying risk-based and hypothesis led approaches to rapidly identify focus areas and acting on them. The person should be a collaborator able to work with larger project team members who will be the primary decision-makers, and gain a complete understanding of goals, objectives, and deliver to the requirements of the scope. This individual will also network with the diverse pool of global dss experts, be effective in designing solutions and applying them to client situations.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Consulting Project Delivery – Primary Focus Area
    Create value for clients; frame the problem, develop hypotheses, design the interventions, and work with client counterparts to convert them into executable actions. This will involve working with people at all levels and require strong skills to communicate / make presentations. May also require managing projects from time to time

  2. Support Business Development
    Proactively identify opportunities on your projects and support the business development teams to farm them

  3. IP Development
    Develop differentiated points of view / articles to help position dss+ in the market

  4. People Development
    Inspire, Role model, Coach and Motivate your team members and Client stakeholders. People development is at the core of our career development process and will carry higher significance for more experienced applicants
