Consultant Warranty Automotive

For our team we are looking for a candidate with warranty - claim handling experience from the automotive perspective for the Benelux Market. In this dedicated role you will visit dealers where you discuss the individual cases with the mindset to improve the internal process of warranty. We are seeking someone : Has experience with Warranty - claim handling Is a strong communicator Is independent Preferable with a technical background Can translate KPI's and report their findings Help the dealers with insights from the perspective of the OEM to increase their KPI's in the warranty cases. You do not have a problem with travelling and sometimes stay overnight for the far away locations in a hotel.
