In collaboration with the TN-TAN Project Manager and TDOE leadership, the TN-TAN Content Manager will work to coordinate the content development for training events by subcontracted partner-experts. The manager will work with partners in the movement of content designed for in-person and online training, resources, and technical assistance delivered to educators and families through the communication process within the TN-TAN network and TDOE. The selected candidate will act as state-wide primary contact for all educator, family, and the general public requests regarding in-person training and online resources around issues of: inclusive preschool access, autism, complex behavioral issues, tiered academic & behavioral supports (RTI2-A+RTI2-B), assistive technology, secondary transitions, and parent engagement. This position will also be expected to provide content expertise in these priority areas and act as coach, trainer, and consultant as needed to subcontracting partner-experts. This position will design and implement a content review process that dovetails into the event management process to receive and house all universal, targeted, and intensive content developed for the TN-TAN network and posted on the TDOE TN-TAN website and Best for ALL Central. This system is designed as a TDOE extension and used to meet federal and state requirements for the state of TN. This is a priority of the TN-TAN network and a requirement of the Coordination contract. This position must work to identify and resolve content issues through consultation with the network partners and TDOE. This position is highly visible, crucial to the success of the TN-TAN network, and responsible for management of highly sensitive issues affecting Tennessee schools.
