About the Role:
As a Contract Project Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing pilot and proof-of-concept roadmaps to guide project teams
- Measuring project progress and establishing measurable milestones
- Collaborating with business, finance, community, product marketing, and scaled operations teams to develop strategies and workflows
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Preparing reports for management and detailing program specifics, learnings, and insights
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in program management in the events, travel, or hospitality space
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work
- Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared project plan across multiple teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills
