About the position Responsibilities • Support the bookkeeping team with bookkeeping and payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Produce accurate financial statements. • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and implement best practices. • Educate clients to help them retain more of their earnings and achieve their financial goals. Requirements • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. • Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting or related field. • Mid-level experience in accounting, particularly U.S. tax experience. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Nice-to-haves • Experience with financial statements and full pledge accounting. • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning and leveraging technology and automation in accounting.
