Key Responsibilities
- Respond to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes, providing accurate and up-to-date information to dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients.
- Make outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status, utilizing company proprietary software to research and track information.
- Use company proprietary software for data entry, account follow-up activity, and research, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards, meeting production and quality goals while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you will need:
- A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; OR a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in PC software applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook, with intermediate knowledge of data entry skills.
- The ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents, with a strong understanding of various state DMV forms and their usage.
- Familiarity with company proprietary software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of state abbreviations and geography, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its regulations.
