Responsibilities
- Receiving 100+ phone calls per day, per office associate
- Collection Calling
- Multi-Tasking

- General office duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, email, excel reports, filing…etc
- Provide First Call Resolution and every touch point
- Commitment to provide a 5-Star service to every Customer
