About the Role: Service Rep 4

The Service Rep 4 is an entry-level position that plays a critical role in our customer service function. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer inquiries, identifying solutions, and providing timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

1-3 years of work experience in a related customer service role, with a proven track record of resolving customer inquiries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with excellent technical and data entry skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities.
