Key Responsibilities
- Resolve denied claims efficiently by following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing necessary information to clients.
- Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, offering recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Interpret explanation of benefits and correspondence to address client inquiries accurately.
- Document all activities related to claims, ensuring a clear and transparent record of interactions.
- Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients to resolve queries and provide support.
- Utilize specialized tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and billing information, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely assistance.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A dedicated work-from-home space that fosters productivity.
- The ability to manage time and tasks independently, maintaining high levels of productivity in a remote work environment.
- Technical requirements include an internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, a non-satellite internet connection, and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or call center environment, which can be a significant plus.
- A background in customer service, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
