Bikky is a company dedicated to transforming the restaurant industry through data access and insights. As a Data Analyst on the Data Operations team, you will bridge the gap between customers and the product, assisting them in utilizing data for critical business decisions and analyses.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between customers and our product
- Support customers through their journey adopting Bikky, from onboarding their data to leveraging it for sophisticated analyses
- Ensure customers understand Bikky’s insights and that it becomes a core part of their decision-making processes
- Contribute throughout the entire data stack
- Update a DBT model to support a new customer’s needs
- Help customers perform an analysis on customer retention
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance data tools based on real-world customer feedback
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience working with data
- Fluency in SQL, experience with DBT a bonus
- Experience in a business facing or customer facing analytical role
- Strong statistical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
