Data Analyst, Product Finance

Job Description: • Partner File Management: Monitor the timely delivery of Partner Files and generate cross-functional reports detailing status and dependencies. • Data Stream Optimization: Analyze and streamline complex data fields and sources to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. • SQL Development: Create and execute production-level SQL queries to facilitate the onboarding of new financial partners and integrate data streams. • Validation Oversight: Monitor, document, and clearly communicate any changes to automated data validations to the broader Product Finance team. • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation detailing the core Finxact system related to financial data derived from BaaS programs. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 3-5 years experience in Financial Data Analysis or equivalent • Demonstrated, advanced experience analyzing databases and manipulating large datasets using SQL. • Expert-Level Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling for financial analysis. • Solid understanding of Bank and/or Fintech Accounting data streams and financial workflows. • Previous experience working with fintech or banking core systems (e.g., Finxact) is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
