You will learn to be an expert in the performance of ticket sales, points issuance and the overall travel & loyalty industry. You will also have to identify and develop potential improvements to actual and future way the Air Canada incentivize customer behavior through earn of points using different methods (e.g: data mining, forecasting and visualization).
