We are looking for a highly experienced Data Capability Lead to temporarily fill a key leadership role within our S/4HANA and o9 transformation program.
Requirements
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data-centric workstreams supporting global ERP transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with system integrators, internal IT teams, and regional business units to align on data preparation, quality, and migration strategies.
- Manage key project deliverables including sprint reviews, risk assessments, milestone tracking, and interdependencies.
- Oversee regional deployment support—ensuring smooth transitions, training readiness, and issue resolution.
- Act as a primary liaison for executive stakeholders, providing timely updates and escalation support.
- Conduct impact assessments on data risks and align regional execution with global data templates.
- Champion master data management, cleansing, harmonization, and governance best practices.
- Work closely with SAP and o9 technical architects to ensure system integration aligns with business processes.
- Promote collaboration and accountability across a globally dispersed team of 30–40 individuals.
