About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Data Quality and Integrity: Conduct regular audits and verification processes to ensure data quality and integrity, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Data Compilation: Retrieve and compile information from various sources to create comprehensive data records, and maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies.
- Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions, and assist in generating reports and summaries for management as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle other administrative tasks as assigned, and maintain a high level of organization and time-management skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to type at a high speed.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Organizational and Time-Management Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
