Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Processor to join our team remotely. As a Data Entry Processor, you will play a critical role in our business processing operations, handling client inquiries, and finding innovative ways to respond. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and established procedures
• Manually identify and classify various types of forms (MEDI) and documents based on client requirements
• Work on multiple tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Operate with a close degree of supervision, demonstrating problem-solving skills and self-motivation
• Comply with company policies and standards, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain basic PC and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in data entry or a related field
• Ability to demonstrate basic PC and internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate information effectively and accurately
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
• Great customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other software applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
