Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to assess their storage and organizational needs
- Develop creative, customized design solutions that align with their style and functionality goals
- Present design concepts and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Handle objections with grace, ensuring clients feel informed and excited
- Manage customer relationships from the first consultation to the final installation
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through consultative selling and relationship-building
- Stay up to date with design trends and product offerings to offer the best solutions to clients
