Digital Platform Analyst

Title: Digital Platform Analyst Duration: 3-month contract Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Platform Analyst to join our Fortune 500 Medical Device customer’s pricing and contracts team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of their digital document repository using NotebookLM, an AI-based tool. You will work to curate and organize critical documentation, ensuring it is easily accessible and usable for our teams. Key Responsibilities • Digital Repository Curation: • Curate and manage a digital document repository using RDC’s NotebookLM. • Create themed notebooks based on defined business categories. • Load and organize associated documentation, define system prompt instructions, and prepare templated end-user prompts. • System Testing & Refinement: • Test the digital document repository and its notebook prompts to ensure accuracy and functionality. • Make necessary refinements based on testing and user feedback. • Project and Resource Visibility: • Assess capabilities and evaluate how to leverage project management tools to create a centralized leadership view of resource allocation across all SDT initiatives. Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience in content management, technical documentation, or knowledge management. Experience with AI-based tools is a plus. • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to define and structure complex information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop engaging training content. Knowledge: A strong understanding of instructional design principles and training methodologies is highly desirable.
