For our Northwest Europe (NWE) Cluster we are currently hiring a:

Director Business Practices & Data Privacy – Northwest Europe

This is a remote position and can be based in The United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, France, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands or Switzerland.

The Position

Reporting into the Managing Director Northwest Europe, as a Business Practices and Data Privacy Lead, you will play a critical role to ensure that Organon Compliance Standards and external country obligations are met across the Northwest Europe (NWE) Cluster. You will be part of the cluster Leadership Team and you will define and lead the NWE cluster compliance program. The Business Practices and Data Privacy Lead will also be responsible for bringing innovation in bringing efficiencies and simplification in everything we do while ensuring compliance.

This exciting role will require leading a team of 6 BP (Business Practices) Stewards in several countries in the NWE cluster and working on enterprise-wide initiatives with the Office of Ethics & Compliance and Organon’s wider Business Practices community.

In addition to the above, you will work closely with the NWE Managing Director and NWE Compliance Committee to address Compliance concerns and updates.

You will collaborate with Office of Ethics & Compliance to align with global objectives and actively feed into company-wide compliance initiatives through the wider global BPM community. Encouraging a continuous improvement mindset and implementing simplification strategies will be key across this complex cluster.
