About the position Responsibilities • Analyze existing capital stress testing processes to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements. • Scan the external environment to identify best in class solutions and share recommendations with Senior Leadership. • Design and implement high quality sustainable solutions while maintaining a strong control environment through effective change management. • Develop new capabilities, including an automated solution for the creation of the Capital Plan, enhanced workflow management tools and analytical tools. • Lead and develop a team that thinks outside of the box and challenges the status quo. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in finance or a related field. • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change. • Experience with implementing automated solutions using TM1, Power BI, Tableau and/or Workiva preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field. Nice-to-haves • Prior regulatory, compliance, and/or capital stress testing experience. • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
