About the Role:
- Lead the Identity and Access Management team, providing strategic vision and leadership to ensure the effective management of identity and access controls.
- Drive the development of strategic plans to ensure the highest level of security for our business, partners, and clients.
- Analyze complex data, identify opportunities to improve our security posture, and develop recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of security controls and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a role focused on information security, with a minimum of 3 years of direct leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management, including the risks and vulnerabilities associated with it.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team to develop these skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and respond to changing expectations in a deadline-driven situation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CISSP, CISM, or other related certifications.
- Six Sigma or other related analytical certifications.
