In this assignment you have to visit a beauty store (not just for ladies!!!) and evaluate the customer interaction and service quality. You enter the store and if you are not approached by an employee within 15 minutes, you approach one yourself. If you are a new customer at this store, the employee should help you discover the brand and invite you to try products. They should introduce you to a 3-product ritual consisting of bath, body and household products. If you are already a customer, the employee should first help you with your initial needs. After satisfying your initial needs, the employee should offer you a new product experience to offer you one or more additional products. The interaction should feel compelling so that you feel comfortable and have a positive experience. You don't have to buy any of the recommended products, but you do have to make a purchase (worth MINIMUM € 20). The purchase of your choice must exceed the value of €20 (can also be €20.99), but you can spend more. You will receive up to MAX €21 back from us.
