About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide world class helpline customer service.
• Conduct analysis of multifaceted problems/issues, propose recommended solutions, and drive resolution.
• Communicate timely important complex information to appropriate levels of the organization.
• Utilize technical/investigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Facilitate discussions/solutions with partners and act as a subject matter expert on all Client Resources portal related applications/reporting.
• Support the creation and amendment of security access for portal users.
• Follow basic inventory management disciplines for managing workload.
Requirements
• High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively problem solve to resolution.
• Technical/investigation and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize based on deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, focusing on Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote.
