DescriptionPosition Title: Entry Level AccountantEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Entry Level Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong expertise in financial reporting, general ledger activity, reconciliation, and the ability to manage ad hoc tasks efficiently. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial data that supports effective decision-making across the organization.Applicants can apply by sending your resume to Nick Uva via LinkedIn or email me at nick.uva@roberthalfKey Responsibilities:Accounts Payable: Process invoices accurately and efficiently, review documentation, and ensure timely payments to vendors.Invoice Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing invoices, resolve discrepancies, and follow-up with vendors or stakeholders as needed.Reconciliations: Assist in monthly reconciliations of accounts, identify and address variances, and document findings to meet compliance requirements.Support additional accounting duties, including data entry, reporting, and assisting with audits.Adhere to financial policies and accounting standards to ensure operational excellence. RequirementsQualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related fieldExperience:Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is a plus.Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Technical Skills: including the ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUPsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (the ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and other MS Office suite applications.Personal Attributes:Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively across teams.
