Key Responsibilities:
• Represent client brands through customer-facing customer service and sales campaigns.
• Engage with prospective customers and decision-makers to educate them about products or services.

• Assist with the enrollment and ordering process and adhere to all customer confidentiality and privacy policies as mandated by the company and client.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
