As a Data Entry and Analysis Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
- Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from numerous dissimilar sources.
- Develop solutions from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences.
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis.
- Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
- Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance.
- At least 3 years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are considered an asset:
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile.
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical modeling; discrete data analysis.
- Microsoft Power BI.

- Automation.

- Basic Accounting Knowledge.
