The reputable business is interested in seeing recently graduated finance professionals, any finance graduates with 1-2 years post graduation alongside any candidates with a strong interest in getting into a long term career in Finance, to supply them with exposure to a large range of financial functions and duties. Job Description • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements • Ensure receipts and payments are coded and posted to the correct ledgers • Processing transactions and reconcilling accounts • Support the accounting department in day-to-day operations •... Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial data • Process invoices, expenses and payments • Follow up on outstanding debts • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the team's objectives The Successful Applicant A successful Entry Level Finance Assistant should have: • A strong interest in finance and accounting • Finance and Accounting Graduates are preferred but not essential • Excellent numerical and analytical skills • Good attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure • Competent IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets What's on Offer • A salary in the region of £21,000 to £23,000 per annum • A positive and supportive company culture • The opportunity to work in the stimulating Life Science industry • Hybrid working options available after probation • Study support following successful completion of probation period Apply Job!
