As we continue to expand our customer base, we are looking for motivated Entry Level Management team members to join our team. The Entry Level Management team member will contribute to all aspects of our business including but not limited to customer acquisition, sales, team development, account management, and increased service strategies in the area. Omeara Sales Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Management member for an opportunity that is designed for individuals eager to develop a career in business management. This Entry Level Management role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on responsibility, and has a strong passion for customer service and sales.The Entry Level Management team member will focus on presenting our clients services to business and customers to showcase product packages that are available to them. This Entry Level Management role starts at the entry level with training and immediate career development is available in this position. Entry Level Management Responsibilities: • Build relationships with businesses and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention by working with them face to face to present any products or services • In this entry level role, train with senior members that will teach the Entry Level Management member sales strategies and techniques used to drive customer acquisition and retention. • Assist in the development and implementation of increased sales meetings that are tailored to meet business and customers needs and objectives. • Learn how to process sales orders on a tablet and manage the account efficiently and thoroughly • Oversee trends with customers and with local businesses to understand clients goals, challenges, and how they integrate with the overall business. Entry Level Management Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and with customers. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively in a timely manager • Organizational skills to be able to manage customer accounts, sales and a team • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and solution oriented ready to take on responsibility. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
