This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the recruiting industry, highly organized, and confident communicating with candidates. Responsibilities: Search for candidates on LinkedIn and job boards using templates and tools we provide Review resumes and flag qualified candidates Schedule candidate interviews and send confirmation emails Keep simple notes in our tracking system Support job posting and basic follow-up communication Requirements: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Good with organization, follow-up, and time management Comfortable using LinkedIn and Google Sheets (or willing to learn) Reliable and responsive Previous recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required Details: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) Fully remote Flexible hours (as long as deadlines are met) Opportunity for long-term work and growth Apply Job!
