We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401K benefit As a recruiter on our team, you will have the following responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates • Assist clients in filling urgent job positions • Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements • Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview • Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients • Conduct reference checks on candidates To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity • Comfortable building relationships over the phone • Strong ethical values and integrity • Effective negotiation skills • While a degree is preferred, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
