Job Summary
Evolution Concepts is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Account Managers in the Louisville area. This role is designed for candidates who want more than just a job and are interested in building a long-term career in sales, account management, and leadership.
You’ll work face-to-face with customers representing AT&T while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and skill development. No prior sales experience is required—this position is structured to support learning, advancement, and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
• Engage with customers in person to understand needs and provide AT&T product information
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills through daily customer interactions
• Participate in structured training focused on sales fundamentals, customer experience, and professional development
• Support team initiatives and learn how goals are planned, tracked, and achieved
• Build product knowledge and confidence through ongoing coaching
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance and customer satisfaction
