Executive Assistant – Fractional HR Support

Job Description: • Manage the Chief HR Strategist’s calendar and coordinate coaching sessions with healthcare practice owners • Schedule candidate interviews and HR strategy meetings • Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and agendas when needed • Attend meetings to capture notes, action items, and follow-up tasks • Draft and post job listings using approved templates • Manage incoming applications and organize candidate pipelines • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Update employee handbook templates and HR policies • Maintain HR documentation libraries and standardized templates • Track compliance checklists and documentation for clients • Prepare materials for HR coaching sessions and workshops Requirements: • Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist • Experience supporting executives or leadership teams remotely • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and candidate coordination • Strong written communication skills • Highly organized with strong project coordination abilities • Comfortable using HR software and productivity tools Benefits: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Opportunities for professional growth in HR operations and consulting • Work closely with an experienced HR strategist supporting multiple healthcare practices • Be part of a collaborative environment helping organizations build stronger teams
