Job Title: Executive Business Coach & Strategic Operator (Former Founder/COO)
Job Description: I am the founder of Data Weavers, an AI-driven data intelligence platform for international innovation hubs and accelerators. We are post-revenue (€200k+ ARR) and transitioning from a project-based consulting model to a scalable B2B subscription service.
I am seeking a high-level Business Coach and Thought Partner for 1–4 hours per month. I need a "hard-truth" partner to help me objectively analyze our revenue efficiency and navigate complex internal management challenges.
Specific Responsibilities:
Revenue & Time Audit: Objectively analyze business performance and projects by weighing revenue generated against founder/team time input.
Strategic Partnership Management: Advise on managing partners who provide high-value but requires management with tact and professional vision.
Operational Scaling: Pressure-test our contractor-led delivery model to move from bespoke services to a "productised" subscription model.
Client Stewardship: Advising on high-stakes institutional and political relationships
Founder Sustainability: Helping me balance a 15+ year career (ex-OECD/Harvard economist) with a young family and international EU residency.
Candidate Requirements:
Elite Operator Experience: You must have served as a Founder, COO, or senior executive in a high-performing international organization.
Objective Analysis: Proven ability to see the cold reality of business operations and P&L.
Interpersonal Sophistication: Experience coaching leaders through the reorganization or professionalization of "friend-led" early-stage partnerships.
High EQ/LQ: You understand the nuances of the "founder’s juggle" and can hold me accountable for my health and family commitments as much as my revenue targets.
