We're seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to join our team as a Constant Client Information Stage (CDP) Expert. This pivotal role is based in Remote and requires a strong, diverse skill set to drive success in managing and maintaining our Adobe Experience Platform. As a CDP Item Pioneer, you'll be the cornerstone of our digital transformation, ensuring the optimal use of our AEP and driving our customer experience to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Constant CDP to address enterprise issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- Supporting new developments, setup, and maintenance on the AEP, staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding the implementation and effective use of the AEP.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the AEP and implementing solutions, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
- Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical requirements and implementations, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
