Key Responsibilities
As an Apple Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to Apple customers via phone, email, or chat
- Delivering expert advice on Apple products and services, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Driving sales growth by identifying customer needs and providing personalized recommendations

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in the United States
